Norton server unavailable

Every attempt in adding Norton Anti Track to my Norton subscription fails because contact with the Norton server is denied.

Hello Osotis. Are you getting your product at this link, or somewhere else? Does your browser and OS meet the requirements?

  • Browsers supported Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Chromium Edge Version 88.0 or later
  • Microsoft Windows 10 (all versions except Windows 10 in S mode, and Windows 10 with ARM processors)
  • Microsoft Windows 11 (all versions except Windows 11 in S mode, and Windows 11 with ARM processors)
