Norton should use native notifications center for operating system, not use its own pop-up system

Both Windows and Apple macOS have a notification center.

It should be possible for Norton to use this to provide notices to the user, rather than use its own pop-ups.

By using the operating system's own native notification centre, the user is less distracted and can manage and prioritise notifications in one place as it suits them and they can also see notification history.
