NORTON IS SNEAKY

"NORTON SUPPORT" IS NOT AVAILABLE WHEN I TRY TO GET A REFUND OF MY AUTOMATIC RENEWAL ANNUAL PREMIUM.

When I log in, I am told to ring NORTON SUPPORT, 1800 680 026, but the number will not answer.

i also tried 1800 431 454 and 02 9870 4201, but no response.

On line, I am given Case numbers, but that is the end of their communication - nothing happens.

Obviously Norton is making it impossible to get a refund.

Norton just postures that they will refund, but that is not true in fact.
