"Norton" Status on the Task Bar

Would like to see the "Norton" Status being put back in to the product which enables users to see when there is an issue with, say, V.D., which they may have missed had it not been on the Task Bar.

No . Keep it plain and simple as it is now :)

I'm not sure I understand. The Norton icon does change to reflect when there is an issue. Are you referring to something else? Thanks!

Re: "Norton" Status on the Task Bar

While some of your ideas have been wrongly changed to Already Exists in Product, Floating_Red, I believe this one is in the product.

On our XP machine we have not had internet access for months. A red icon with a white x has replaced the usual green icon with a white tick to indicate a problem with Norton. This problem is outdated definitions.
