I gave up on Norton VPN. They do not fix the fact that it is leaking dns info and ip addresses. I checked it on various vpn checker sites on the internet. I leaks my true ip address, so I switched to another VPN that does not.
They have a great Antivirus and Firewall but the VPN needs to be completely reworked if I'm to ever buy it again.

Hello greenfishy. The issue with Norton VPN for the past two years is two fold. It DOESN'T support IPv6 at all. That issue is indeed being ignored. The other issue is that most ISP's and other providers don't require IPV6, therefore, as myself and many others have done we simply disabled IPV6 on our routers and devices. That stops the data leaks by preventing IPV6 traffic in the first place.

Thank you for the reply. I disabled IPV6 and now it shows an IP address other than my true one along with my IP as being an autonomous_system_organization rather than being my real service provider. This helped. I auto renewed it again. With all the trouble in Europe, I'd rather stick to a USA provider and Norton is that.

You're most welcome, I also agree with the current state of internet abuse having a VPN that performs as it should is vital protection.
