Norton Stopped Mining and balance went to $0

I opened Norton Crypto today to find it was not mining and my balance went to $0 Utilization shows 0, but the screen is green like it is mining.

I rebooted the PC, no change.

Signed out and back into Norton but no change.

Can you assist?

Rebooted again, now it's working,

There was a Norton update and Crypto appears to be down. Shows idle in grey screen and 0 for my crypto balance. When I log into the portal it says idle.

Did a quick scan, live update again, Says update failed, rebooted and its back up.
