Norton Studio

I previously had Norton Security Deluxe but upgraded to Norton 360 Premium. On my Windows 8.1 laptop I had Norton Studio installed and occasionally used it. According to Norton website the correct version for Norton Studio for Windows 8.1 systems is 1.4. However I noticed the  version installed from the store was 1.5. I have tried getting Norton Studio to work with Norton 360 premium but am having no luck. I tried uninstalling  Norton Studio from the laptop and re-installing but it only downloads version 1.5 which is proper to Windows 10.

Anyone have ideas/solutions other than just deleting Norton Studio and forgetting about it?

Re: Norton Studio

Hello John. I'm posting this article link as a guide in case you need it for reference. One thing to note is do you have "remote management" enabled on all your devices? And quote from the article:

Ensure that all the devices are associated with the same Norton account as the one Norton Studio is logged in with

Cheers
