I've recently installed Norton Studio and found that it doesn't recognize new scans. I made sure my Norton Security was up to date before installing (the second time). Am I doing something wrong?
Hello Old Harry 77. Do you have version 1.5 or later installed? Do you also have remote management turned on within your Norton product on the device(s) you are remotely managing?
