Norton Support

I am unable to contact Norton Support via their published channels.

I was in the middle of a Norton chat session when support asked that I allow a LogMeIn to resolve a problem where Norton support having two days earlier 'stacked a valid 1-year licence' on top of my remaining licence days which was then revoked.

The LogMeIn process was not accepted on my Win10 machine as it said that the LogMeIn response was not accepted.
This site can’t provide a secure connection - www.logmeinrescue.com sent an invalid response.

I have powered down my router and that did not resolve the problem.

I have restarted my machine - ditto.

I  ran Norton Autofix and then tried to reach Norton support from here "Open Support Website" but this also fails?

Any suggestions I can use?

Hello Jazz. Did you do the chat session here? You can on your own, download the remove and reinstall tool here, use the advanced settings and perform a REMOVE ONLY then reboot. Since you are also on Windows 10 one suggestion is disabling "fast startup" which can cause software not to get a complete uninstall as well as installation. Here is how to disable that setting. Once both are done and a reboot accomplished, log into your Norton account and reinstall your product directly from there. Once your product is installed is should show your subscription days as they should be. If not use the link I provided for official support. Let us know if this helps.
