I am unable to contact Norton Support via their published channels.
I was in the middle of a Norton chat session when support asked that I allow a LogMeIn to resolve a problem where Norton support having two days earlier 'stacked a valid 1-year licence' on top of my remaining licence days which was then revoked.
The LogMeIn process was not accepted on my Win10 machine as it said that the LogMeIn response was not accepted.
This site can’t provide a secure connection - www.logmeinrescue.com sent an invalid response.
I have powered down my router and that did not resolve the problem.
I have restarted my machine - ditto.
I ran Norton Autofix and then tried to reach Norton support from here "Open Support Website" but this also fails?
Any suggestions I can use?
