Norton Support Chat

Has anyone else had problems connecting to Norton customer support chat at:

https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/contact-chat?inid=support-homepage_moresupportoptions-contactus

When I'm signed in, none of the links on this page work.

If using the chat function, as soon as you can enter any information, enter "agent please". That will get you out of the chat bot and connected to a human.

I can't even get a chat box to open... clicking the links does NOTHING.

Be sure you have disabled any ad blockers and VPN when trying to contact chat.
