Norton Support - Not Working - How to get help?

Norton has a fault. The product has disappeared from my computer and I am getting an error message "3048,3".

When I try to contact support. It says call the number and use this code. BUT there is NO NUMBER.

I try chat. Each time I select the chat service through help, the box is replaced by the automatic bot which cant help.

The number Google lists of Norton support phone number, is wrong and you just get that message "wrong number".

How can this be???

Please, is there anyone who will help??

Thank you. That is very helpful.

However the issue is, that page does not appear when I use the site. That is the issue.

As I explained to customer support, that page and other important pages "flash" very quickly up then replaced by another page.

Okay...by my read of your opening post. 
You had error message 3048,3 and you needed a phone number.

click "Manage my account" -> "Something else" -> type "Live Agent" until ChatBot Kate reply: "transferring you to a specialist for further assistance".
