Norton switches power scheme automatically

I have 4x4k screens, which I layout carefully, and each time the screens turn off and on again, everything auto-arranges onto the first desktop. This takes some time to unravel, as I also have 13 virtual desktops going!
During work hours, the displays never turn off, and as I am never away for much more than the power saving timeout might be (eg if it's set to 30 mins, I might be away for 35, and then 20 mins to re-org the desktop), so it's not making any discernible difference energy-wise.
However, each time I turn on my PC now, as well as setting everything up, I have to remember to change the power settings, because norton will set them to the "norton scheme", away from my custom scheme. Not only does this mean that my screens need re-organising multiple times a day, but it sets to 100% CPU, whereas I have mine set to a far more balanced level, so it's actually using more energy now!
Why does norton just overwrite my power settings, multiple times in a day, and how do I stop it?

Thanks for the screenshot. This forum board is for Norton 360 therefore I defaulted to your issue being with that software. Your screenshot indicates the issue resides with Norton Utilities Premium. This older thread post may offer you a solution as the settings are buried in the Real Time Boost section.
