NORTON... Total Service Failure!!!

Norton Web and on-line service is now a disaster! I was being a good user trying to report the villain source who Phishes Norton customers for a bogus $500 renewal.
1. Chat connected to a "Human" named Katie, who was actually a bot -- there is no category for what I was trying to do -- I guess management doesn't give a shit -- and I was disconnected because Chat/fake human didn't know what to do.
2. Reached a real Norton Human through Phone: She was pleasant, eventually knew what I was trying to report, but again, Norton Management has no procedures in place for an Agent to accept Phishing information. She created a Case # and gave me an Internet address to report the phishing attempt. Bad address! I tried variations, all failed. Then I went on this community, and copied the "report address" listed under the Phishing Category -- Failure!
3. Based on the deterioration of Norton Service I discovered, (For reference, I am not a noob: Long ago, I managed the largest IBM SNA network in the world-- and later, was a VC Partner doing IT due-diligence on companies like Norton). -- When my actual Norton renewal date arrives, I will seriously consider no longer subscribing. My Advice: Evaluate before you renew -- after 10+ years of dealing with Norton, they are clearly on a downhill roll !! (as are Support Services for many large companies after Covid-19)
