Norton Turn on Wifi Adapter

For many years i disabled my wifi adapter. Becaus i don't use it. But it looks like (i think) Norton turns it back on, my first thought was windows update doing this but each I see "autofix" in norton's history it fixes a "issue" with my networkconnection succesfully error 8504,0. Each time my wifi adapter/device is "enabled"

I don't know why it happens, or why Norton start doing this now? Its not i changed anything...

Re: Norton Turn on Wifi Adapter

Do you disable WiFi in Device Manager or from the Network Settings?  I have WiFi disabled within the Network Settings and it does not get re-enabled, by Norton or anything else.

Re: Norton Turn on Wifi Adapter

In settings wifi is turned off. But i disable the device were my network adapters are listed. Another way is indeed disable it from device manager. same effect.
