How to utilize NU 16 in order to improve wake up time of Windows 10?
Just to confirm, you are talking about starting Windows up from being shut down? If you are just waking from sleep or hibernation, there is nothing you can do to speed that up.
If you click on Windows Startup on the Dashboard screen, it will bring up a list of items that run at startup. You can check that list and disable any items you do not really need.
Another option is in your Norton Security product. Go to the Performance section from the main Norton screen, then click the Startup Manager. From there, you can choose to delay the start of some of the less important items. That will help with the Windows startup times.
Again, these options will only help from a complete shutdown. And to get that, you need to be sure you have Windows Fast Startup feature turned off. If you use Windows 10, there can be an issue with the Fast Start feature.. See more information here.
