norton utilities premium wurd3 deaktiviert, obwohl ein Abo für Norton 360 besteht.

norton utilities premium has been disabled3 despite having a subscription to Norton 360.

Have you disabled the Automatic Renewal for your 360 subscription? If so, that is why your Norton Utilities is disabled. The 'free' Norton Utilities requires that you have the Automatic Renewal enabled for your current 360 subscription. 

Haben Sie die automatische Verlängerung für Ihr 360-Abonnement deaktiviert? Wenn ja, ist Ihr Norton Utilities deshalb deaktiviert. Für die „kostenlosen“ Norton Utilities muss die automatische Verlängerung für Ihr aktuelles 360-Abonnement aktiviert sein.

Auto-renewal is turned on for the current 360 subscription.

What exact error message do you see when you try to open Norton Utilities?  Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall your Norton Utitlities?

Welche genaue Fehlermeldung sehen Sie, wenn Sie versuchen, Norton Utilities zu öffnen? Haben Sie versucht, Norton Utilities zu deinstallieren und neu zu installieren?

Norton Utilities kann geöffnet werden. Angezeigt wird -Jetzt re-aktivieren- Betätigt man den Button, wird man auf die Seite https://support.norton.com/ verlinkt. Die Positionen (Windows Datenmüll und Internet Datenmüll) sind noch nutzbar, der Rest nicht mehr.

Norton Utilities can be opened. It is displayed -Reactivate now- If you press the button, you will be linked to the page https://support.norton.com/. The positions (Windows data garbage and Internet data garbage) are still usable, the rest are no longer.

I still suggest trying to reinstall your Norton Utilities. If that does not help, use the support web page you are taken to and see if they can help by chat or phone.

Ich schlage immer noch vor, zu versuchen, Ihre Norton Utilities neu zu installieren. Wenn das nicht hilft, verwenden Sie die Support-Webseite, zu der Sie weitergeleitet werden, und sehen Sie, ob sie per Chat oder Telefon helfen können.

Eine Neuinstallation wurde bereits ausgeführt. 
Der Support wurde ebenfalls kontaktiert. Dieser realisierte nochmals eine Neuinstallation. 
Da keine Änderung erfolgte, war die Aussage, dass Norton Utilities Premium nicht mehr Bestandteil von Norton 360 wäre.
Der Grund dafür, es wird als zusätzliche Software Norton Utilities Ultimate angeboten.
Schaut man aber auf die Supportseite, Steht als Voraussetzung ein verlängertes Abo, was ja der Fall ist.
Norton praktiziert eine sehr verwirrendes Geschäftspraxis......

A new installation has already been performed.
Support was also contacted. This realized again a new installation.
Since there was no change, the statement was that Norton Utilities Premium would no longer be part of Norton 360.
The reason being it is offered as additional software Norton Utilities Ultimate.
But if you look at the support page, the prerequisite is an extended subscription, which is the case.
Norton has a very confusing business practice...

I'll see if I can get some clarification on which version of Norton Utilities is offered with a 360 subscription.

Hallo Zusammen, kurzes Update,

Nach nun schon dem 2. Kontakt im Live Chat mit einem Mitarbeiter von Norton, wurde das Abonnement von Norton™ Utilities Premium wieder aktiviert. Die Voraussetzung dafür ist ein Sicherheitsabonnement mit automatischer Verlängerung. Die war hier der Fall, ließ sich aber in der Kontoverwaltung nicht aktivieren (warum auch immer). Nach jedem Versuch es selbst zu aktivieren, wurde es als aktiviert mit grünem Haken angezeigt. In der Kontoverwaltung aber nicht realisiert.

Hello everyone, short update,

After the 2nd live chat contact with a Norton employee, the subscription to Norton™ Utilities Premium was reactivated. The prerequisite for this is a security subscription with automatic renewal. That was the case here, but could not be activated in the account management (for whatever reason). After every attempt to activate it yourself, it was shown as activated with a green tick. But not realized in the account management.

Thanks for the update. Glad that Support was able to sort out the Automatic Renewal issue.

I was able to get some new information on getting Norton Utilities Premium with a 360 subscription. This added bonus is being discontinued. If you currently have Norton Utilities with your 360 subscription with Automatic Renewal enabled, you will be able to keep the bonus Norton Utilities for the balance of the current subscription. When the 360 subscription gets renewed, the bonus Norton Utilities will get disabled.

Wenn Sie derzeit Norton Utilities mit Ihrem 360-Abonnement mit aktivierter automatischer Verlängerung haben, können Sie die Bonus-Norton Utilities für das Guthaben des aktuellen Abonnements behalten. Wenn das 360-Abonnement verlängert wird, wird der Bonus von Norton Utilities deaktiviert.
