Norton Utilities Premium Hard Drive Defrag.

When I start Norton Utilities it performs a scan, why does it always state 'hard drive defragmentation' is overdue?. I ran Norton Utilities on 1/2/2022, and it did a defrag, I ran on 1/3/2022 and it says overdue?. This is impossible!.  From considerable experience I know a hard drive takes quite a long time to become fragmented. The percentage of my hard drive prior to Norton Utilities defrag was approx 1%, this is nowhere near the percentage that would require the drive to be defragmented!.  While it is not a major issue, Norton should release an update to Utilities Premium that would only recommend a defrag when it detects a hard drive that is more substantially fragmented, I would say about 10%.
