Norton Utilities Premium replaced by Norton Utilities Ultimate

Have spent 45 mins with Norton trying to address this.
In short Norton Utilities Premium was free (based on you being currently subscribed to Norton 360) but now Norton have discontinued the Utilities Premium product in favour of Norton Utilities Ultimate but now charge a subscription fee of $40 a year for this product.
Its a very disappointing move by Norton and it would have been better if they simply included these features as part of Norton 360.
