Norton Utilities Premium Update changelogs

For the last few updates for NU Premium, versions 17.0.7 & the recently released 17.0.8, there have been no release notes to indicate what has been fixed in these releases.  Is Norton no longer posting these release notes, because it would be nice to see what has been fixed / changed.
