Norton Vault compatability

I have a number of sites that are interpreting my vault log in data as invalid.

Not clear if this is user name or password or both.

If I close vault and input manually same info is accepted.

Have tried deleting and recreating the log ins - no success.

I am experiencing this on TalkTalk account log in  and also Microsoft account as two in particular.

Any pointers would be well received.

This happening on my PC and also on laptop (loaned to my  sister) that I administer for her.

Both are W10 both up to date the latter being out of the box only a week ago.

Both are using IE 11

If most sites are working correctly for the logins, there seems to be something specific to the sites you are having trouble with.

You can report the site to the ID Safe team from your product.

From the Norton Toolbar in IE or Chrome Navigate to the login page you are having problems with. Then click on Vault is Open on the Norton Toolbar. Then click on Options beside Current Site. From there click on Report an issue with this site. Then follow the directions.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
