After more than 5 hours on chat with both Apple and Norton, I still don't have a resolution. After install new MacOS 13.0 Ventura, Norton VPN blocks access to internet via Safari. Any web search or website entered into any search engine results in same message: "Safari Can't Open Webpage." Despite repeated efforts, can't seem to chat or speak with anyone at Norton who knows anything about Ventura or how to fix this problem. Appreciate any assistance.
