NORTON VPN NOT WORKING - MAC MONTERREY

Hello,

I upgraded My Mac Operative System and I am using Monterrey. Since I made the upgrade, I am not able to connect to the VPN (had the same issue I read on other posts - not working, not connecting, showing errors).

I read this post and followed the steps: https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/solutions/v135211375

On step 2, it says:

  1. Open your Norton device security product on Mac.

  2. In the My Norton window, next to Secure VPN, click Turn On.

I open Norton security product and I don't see on My Norton window, next to Secure VPN, click Turn On.

I can't proceed, so I don't get the pop-up window to add the VPN from steps 3 and 4.

How can I fix this? Attached is the screen from Norton Product. Doesn't show "My Norton window, next to Secure VPN, click Turn On.".

FP.

Re: NORTON VPN NOT WORKING - MAC MONTERREY

I called Support and I installed Norton 360 that includes the VPN. The previous wasn't working since it was a different plan that had the VPN provided by an external company that works with Norton. The issue was with the new operative system from Mac, Monterey.
