Norton VPN popup - no "Don't ask me again" option

VPN Prompt continuously pops up.  Need it to stop .  Running Norton VPN on a PC on my network interferes with the VPNs we use for work.  We don't need it and dont want it.

By default, the Norton VPN does not run unless you turn it on. So it will not interfere with your work related VPN.

The pop up is persistent. Every time I open my laptop, unlock my laptop, reboot my laptop. Sometimes 3 or 4 times in a session I get the notification. I don't want or need Nortons VPN tool. I don't need to be continuously notified that Norton percieves my password to be weak. We use other VPN tools. How do I get NAV to stop the pop-up?

I have exactly the same issue. Turning off all the notification options in Norton Admin does not stop these very annoying intrusions. I'll be switching security software if this continues.
