Not an easy list to produce, but here you go. A list of the virtual locations available in Norton Secure VPN.

Re: Norton VPN servers

Is p2p (torrents) allowed and on which servers? Does the application have its own DNS servers? I'm thinking about buying, so I'm asking for everything.

Re: Norton VPN servers

I have no experience with torrents on Norton VPN. Some have reported here that they cannot connect to torrents using Norton VPN.

For the DNS, I do know that the servers from the VPN connection provide DNS functions. I know this because I have Open DNS set up on my router to protect my grandchildren. If I use the Norton VPN it bypasses the Open DNS filters.

 Why not Norton DNS?

Why not Norton DNS?

Because the Norton ConnectSafe has been discontinued.

Why?

Re: Norton VPN servers

I'm only guessing, but Norton probably was using a third party to provide this service. As it was a free service to users, I guess Norton no longer wanted to pay for something they were not charging for.

Re: Norton VPN servers

Why is Norton ConnectSafe being retired?
ConnectSafe is being retired due to shift in Symantec's business focus and investment.
