Norton VPN slow on any Windows /PC computer or laptop/very fast on MacStudio

VPN slow on any PC/Windows computer but VPN (NOrton) very fast on MacStudio (same speed as without VPN).  Amazon server to and from EEEro server  using Ookla to see speed.   AT&T fiber.         Slows down from 900 megabits to 200 megabits.      Changed location...  almost the same result...  But on MacStudio....  it is very fast.    I only found this problem when I bought a MacStudio.    THe PC Machine range from laptops to one Alienware gaming computer (nephew) and one IBUYPOWER computer (brother) and one generic gaming computer .
