Norton VPN vs ExpressVPN

I currently use ExpressVPN on our Android phones and home pc Windows 10, I have not yet installed the Norton 360 VPN included in my Norton plan, do I need both?  I asked ExpressVPN about the comparison between them and Norton VPN and of course they say their service is superior to Norton's VPN, is this true? My ExpressVPN subscription runs out in 30 days, so if the Norton is just as good and I'm already paying for it then I'll cancel ExpressVPN and load the Norton, no use paying for both if I don't have to.
