Norton went into my account and robbed me £34, I don't need to renew anything with you and I never bought anything form you on 4 Jan 2022. Please, refund my money immediately.

Norton,  you  went to my Bank account and took £34, I never bought anything from you on 4 Jan 2022, I need my money back immediately. I am not renewing anything with you.

Norton, you misuse people's data, you end up robbing them. I need my money back.

It sounds like you have Automatic Renewal set up on your current subscription. As you get close to the expiry of your current subscription, Norton sends an email reminder somewhere between 30 and 45 days to expiry. That should give you the amount of the renewal that will be withdrawn. Norton processes the renewal payment up to 30 days before expiry  to ensure there is time to sort out any payment issues that might happen to ensure continued coverage. 

If you no longer want this product, you will need to contact Norton Support to request your refund. There is no one in these forum that has access to account information.    www.norton.com/contactcs
