norton white blank no options

this issue seems to come along frequently now every few months or less

open norton and got nothing but a white screen image where there should be the normal options

( security , back up etc.. at bottom and above that all white ) classic view

no my norton or more norton option

reinstall is only fix i can figure out the auto fix found no issues

these reinstalls are getting more frequent and i dont see why it is happening

fine yesterday when i opened it, everything up to date minus todays update

How often do your restart your computer? Restarting ensures that all software and driver updates get properly installed. Be sure you are using the Restart command. Not Shutdown and startup again if you have Windows Fast Startup feature enabled. If you use Windows 8/8.1, 10 or 11, there can be an issue with the Windows Fast Startup feature.. i restart daily or every few days depending on how often i am online

fast start up is not on

seen few other posts with this issue as well
