norton wifi privacy windows

I suspect these will need a programming change.

I am using Norton WiFi Privacy on a laptop running Windows 10 with a 15" monitor that supports UHD (3840x2160)  WiFi privacy is ignoring the options to use 250% magnification.  That means the window that open is very small and hard to read and select options.

This might be a good suggestion for the Product Suggestions board https://community.norton.com/forums/product-suggestions

Although, once set up, there is nothing you need to do. The default of Auto-Selection of country is the best setting, as it checks for the best performance from your location.

Hope they fix it. I turned off auto-renew because the panel is so small.

Re: norton wifi privacy windows

Is it the Windows Display setting for magnification that is being ignored? I am only able to change text and apps by 150% on my Windows 10 laptop. And the Norton Wifi Privacy app did expand in size.

Re: norton wifi privacy windows

I have the additional problem that the login window, in addition to being tiny, also seems to disappear if you go away from it. I was unable to paste my password in the window, and if you toggle away, there seems to be no way to go back. Seems a basic compatibility issue with win 10. Haven't figured out a solution.

If you click on the Norton Wifi Privacy, NWP, icon in the system tray, you may have to click on the little up arrow to see it, it will bring the NWP window back up for you.
