Norton Window Appears Mostly Off Screen

A Norton window pops up periodically. The window appears in the lower right corner of my screen near the system tray.  But most of the window is off screen and I can't read all of the content or interact with any of the buttons, etc. I can't reposition the window. When I try to click and drag it, it doesn't move. Part of the window title is visible. It says, "Your PC Protection".  Underneath that it says, "Files Scanned" and shows a number that is cut off.  Below that it says, "Temp Files Removed".  That's all I can see.

I tried holding down the shift key and right clicking on the program icon in the task bar, then selecting Move.  But when I try to click and drag the window, it does not move.

Since I can't read most of what's in the window or interact with any of its controls (if there are any), the only thing I can do is right click the program icon in the task bar and select close or open the task manager and choose end task.

Re: Norton Window Appears Mostly Off Screen

Maybe, I've seen similar (your attach pic) on my machine with 150% scaling.
As I recall, I've right clicked on related Taskbar item + Close window.

On my machine with 125% scaling.  Maybe, I've seen similar full popup.

Re: Norton Window Appears Mostly Off Screen

Thanks, that might work.  I have 150% scaling too.  Unfortunately, I already closed the window.  I'll have to wait until the next time it pops up.

Re: Norton Window Appears Mostly Off Screen

I'm thinking "Your PC Protection Report" Systray popup is "Smart Scan" related.

Okay, 150% scaling, too.  Thanks
