Norton/Symantec Server Appears to be Overloaded At Evening Hours

Lately, last month or so, I noticed that it is impossible to access PW vault vis Chrome or MS Edge at evening hours, which never happens during date time. In the evenings, I get message via Chrome, for example, that "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again". Is the server running out of capacity? Is anybody experiencing the same?

Hi @User15 - can you post the GMT range that you experience this symptom?

Do you have ability to try different network providers during this time - e.g. switch from a home internet connection to a mobile internet connection (if they are different providers) and the same problem happens?

Thank you for following up the issue. I am in EDT zone now. It is 8 PM here and 12 midnight GMT, and I am again experiencing the issue. 

FYI and conclusion. My internet comes from satellite. I don't have cable internet.

Here are results of my experiments based on your request: 

Satellite internet - connected via cable to the modem - issue present

Smartphone provider internet - connected via bluetooth - issue present

Smartphone provider internet - connected via WiFi signal - issue disappeared.   

Does it mean that in the evenings satellite signal/data ray isn't fast enough to communicate with the PW vault?
