I purchased both products on separate licenses. When I installed the new NortonUtilitiesPremium...my old NortonUtilities16 worked fine.
The last update for NU Premium has deleted my NortonUtilites16. I paid for each copy and require both versions (different functions).
Can these be made to run separately again?

For some time now, Norton seems to have disabled the activation servers for the older NU16. Your only hope might be to contact Norton Support to see if they have any option to activate the older product. www.norton.com/contactcs

The old version works perfectly, always has. Even when I installed the new Premium it worked for months. Suddenly the latest "update" for Premium deleted my NU16 like it was upgrading it. I deleted both...then re-installed NU16 fine...no problem. When I install Premium it deletes the old one. They have 2 separate license keys, purchased year apart. The old NU16 actually works better for junk files etc...except the "RAM reclaimer" on NUPremium is fantastic. It is treating my existing license like an upgrade to Premium, when it is actually a separate license.
