Creeker:Windows, Chrome, all up to date. VPN is not on so, no factor. Suddenly lost ability to access password vault.
Chrome 101.0.4951.67
Norton Password Manager 7.5.2.62
W10 Home (19044.1645)
Norton Password Manager vault access ... okay, for me.
Note: I turn off Chrome settings.
Chrome Sync and Google Services = off.
chrome://settings/system = off
chrome://settings/autofill = off
chrome://settings/accessibility = off
I do not run Norton Secure VPN.
I allow all Norton pages content (ads, cookies, trackers, etc., etc.,)
Maybe, remove n' reinstall Norton Password Manager extension...as test.
Maybe, create new default Chrome profile and only add Norton Password Manager extension...as test.
