I am trying to setup my Norton Core. I am facing issues while setting it up.
Tried several times to set it up. I always get the error Unable to connect to cloud.
Please help on this error.
Could you check if there is an active internet connection in the port? Also, can you explain the steps you took? Thanks.
Yes there is active internet connection on the port. My old NTGR Orbi is still working from that port only.
Also the steps which we had to follow are followed using the Norton APP. Is there a way to activate this product without connecting to cloud. I have tried more than 20 times and always I end up is "not able to connect to cloud". It would be really helpful if I can have a quick WAR for this.
mani12208 Could you please tell us how you have your setup configured? You modem/router connected to the Core vice the other way around. Just trying to understand the connectivity issue you are having.
