Not updating to recent product update

I'm on version 22.22.6.10  I have installed SHA 2 but it will not update product version.

I say Norton Security that I have always had for years, but with updates it appears they are installing 360.

So how do I get the most recent update?

Windows 7 SP1 Firefox (also IE11).

Hello. I would assume that you are running live updates to get the patches?

Yes.  Several times.  It just (finally) updated this morning when I ran Live Update, again. Thank you for your response.
