not working 10.6.2

I just bought version 11 from Best Buy and it installs fine but after that I get an error saying to launch live update(when it seems like it downloaded updates) and an error code of ten! IS there some snow leopard compatibility issues or something because I've tried reinstalling uninstalling and I'm always getting the same error message when norton loads at startup! Are their any fixes if their are?

You should be able to Live Update to version 11.1.1, which should prevent the error you were seeing (Code 10).  Are you getting an error when you attempt to update?
