Not working on daughter's phone


I recently purchased the subscription to Norton Family/parental control. I installed the app on her phone and set it up through my subscription. It does not appear to be working though. My daughter has been on her phone, but it's showing that she is offline. No activity is being monitored. Not sure what I need to do.

Thanks for reaching out to the Norton Family forum.

Please follow this article explaining how to add a child to the parent account and install Norton Family on Child's device. Also, kindly make sure to enable all the required permissions while setting up for the NF app to function as expected.

If you have already followed this article and you still observe the same issues, then we recommend trying reinstalling the app on your child's device.
