Notification/Alert for Parent Control (Norton Family)

Hi there,

I wonder if there is any continuous improvement process within Norton IT dept to ensure that the notifications/alerts are efficient and within a timeframe of no more than 30 secs. Reason for this request is because we are living in unprecedented times and kids are doing their school work at home. We as parents are too busy with our own occupations if the notification and alerts on the blocking are not updated we will be slow in allowing our kids to access certain websites that are meant for school work. So kindly assist to check if Norton's current IT capabilities are able to support the number of subscribers worldwide or there is overwhelming of traffic that the notification/alert servers are too congested to cope with it, thus causing delay in providing updates. I noticed that some days the notification/alerts are fast but some days it takes a few hours, thus it is unpredictable. How do you benchmark the notification/alert is sent out? is it supposed to be immediately or there is a standard time frame (e.g. 5 mins)? also which operating system on the user level is supposed to get the fastest update (i.e. Android/IOS/windows/MacOS)?

Thank you.
