Here is some information on the 'WPD SqmUpload' detection. It seems it is part of the Media Player customer experience option.  https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/ace60eb9-34d2-420a-9f5...  It appears that this is a legit Microsoft task that can be removed by changing settings in Media Player.

And here is some information on AutoPico.  This appears to be related to illegally activating Windows and MS Office.   https://www.file.net/process/autopico.exe.html   I would allow the removal of this item. You say this was a used computer. Maybe the previous owner tried to save a little money???

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

I think he was a liquidator who erased and reinstalled an OS.

Maybe with spyware installed too. I have cleaned it out though. I have transplanted the HDD into an OS-version-appropriate machine, so now it is kind of a Frankenstein machine.  Not sure it has the right license number though. I will peek inside the battery box to see if that is in there.
