The NPM extension icon for Chrome displays as black outlines only. When Chrome is run with a darker profile, the icon is nigh on impossible to see, although you can pick its location by the space between other colourful or brighter icons. The solution is to run Chrome in a lighter profile, but the icon should corrected so that it is visible in any colour profile, as is the Norton Safe Web icon.
