NS Error log in

Does anyone have a problem today with NS? I can not log in to the Norton Security application on my computer and check the status of the subscription. The login to my norton account is successful in the web browser.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

 Restart did not help, Norton Autofix did not help either. I had DNS set to OpenDNS, but the change to the original ISP did not help either. I still can not log in to the app.

@Sunil_Ga I tried a few days and it still does not work, I still can not log in to the application. The subscription is valid, the Live Update service is working properly, sending statistics Norton Community Watch works correctly. Norton Autofix does not help (it shows me everything works fine). I do not want to reinstall Norton Security. After installing the system (November 2018) I logged in to the application and did not notice when I logged out of it, so I do not know what could be a problem. Maybe some monthly update of Windows 10 1809 something has buried. I don't know.

App version: 22.16.3.21

Can you please try recommend steps from below Norton support article and let us know the issue status?
