Using NS 22.214.171.124 on 2 machines: Windows 7 and 10 (v. 1903, with latest updates.) I have NS set to run a File Insight on each file I download from the Internet, and it pops up and works well. I also frequently check File Insight manually using the context menu in Explorer.
On the Windows 7 machine, I downloaded 2 Nvidia driver files and NS showed the Insight and said they were good, with tens of thousands of users. I also did a virus scan and manual check with the File Insight and get the same good result. I then copied the 2 files via a thumb drive over to the Windows 10 machine, which also uses NS. When I did a manual File Insight over there (while connected to the Internet), both files produce a message "File not found or file not accessible. Please try later."
I don't understand why the same files produce a good Insight result on the Win 7 machine, but I can't use File Insight on them on the Win 10 machine. I tested other *.exe files that I had copied to the Win 10 machine, and File Insight works fine on them. It's only the 2 Nvidia files that cause the phenomenon and only on the Win 10 machine.
