NS for Mac: Clean does not end

I decided to run the 'Clean' application on my 1Tb MacBook Pro. It started and had fancy graphics going round in circles, and it get to 562.2 MB of found excess stuff. But it doesn't stop scanning. I've let it go for well over 24 hours, but even though it seems to have got to a full circle of the inner blue, it isn't looking like stopping. It's supposed to put the excess files in the Trash, but it hasn't done that yet. The Stop button is greyed out and the only way to stop it seems to be to shift NS to another application.

Does anyone have any ideas about what's going on?

Re: NS for Mac: Clean does not end

Had the same issue. Click on 'Done' to go to the next bewildering step.

On the 'Duplicates' section it shows that I have multiple duplicates, I am alarmed to notice up to three identical files, the challenge for me is to have to go through each duplicated file to enter how many duplicates to remove.

I am hoping to find a way of it automatically removing all but the original files - I can then back them up on an external drive - help please!

I too am having a similar problem - I scan, analyze and then select clean - a few files get moved to the trash but it gets stuck and never stops - I ultimately have to force quit, start again only to have the same result.
