NU defrag doesn't work

Will Norton *ever* fix its defrag component of NU? For months, and now including NU "Ultimate", if you run the automatic Dashboard to detect problems, it *always* reports that a defrag is necessary, which is ridiculous. Even its own manual defrag component reports, e.g., 0.02% defrag.

Maybe it takes a while to actually determine the level of defragging on a given drive. But if so, it *obviously* shouldn't suggest it as an automatic correction without checking. You're needlessly wasting the drive. This is the "Ultimate" utility?
