Once again NS w/backup update problems with firewall and backup. Downloaded latest version using my account. Ran NRnR tool. Did a remove only. Reinstalled using new download. Ran updates until there were no more. I searched forums and have tried all the suggested fixes without success. Firewall is not running. A check indicates:
1) Firewall is greyed out. I get warning, click fix it but shortly there after it is greyed out again.
2) Can not sign in to account using NS interface. Communication with server fails
3) Can not run backup as it fails to communicate with server
4) Exploit protection is off and won't turn on
Used browser IE 11 and Chrome Version 70.0.3538.67 (Official Build) (64-bit) without success to try and communicate with server
