I am trying to do my online back up and it says error 8702,32. I've tried everything and nothing is working. HELP!!!!
That's a Windows error indicating a sharing violation. Likely a file you have selected for backup is open and the open file technology is not able to access it for one reason or another. There are other possibilities to the source of the error but it will require that you contact support to gather the logs and review the case. You can reach support at www.norton.com/chat.
