Online Backup stopped working

my online backup has stopped working on both my pcs. When I click on the programme it hangs on IE trying to access a webpage at // nobu. backup. com. This means I cant even get into my backup account. The download history on my account is saying that I have used all the users so this will prevent me reinstalling. Help?
