Online Family Activity Logs Not Working

I downloaded NOF on 2 laptops with Windows 7. Installation went fine and the NOF is working normally on each laptop.  The activity logs worked the first day and haven't worked since.  I cannot find a fix or update online that will resolve the issue.  Any direction is appreciated.  While looking at other forum posts, it appears this is an ongoing issue.  Unfortunately, no resolution has been posted.  Thank you.

Thanks for the report.  We are checking into this.  Please provide the following information to help use to work on the issue.

1. Type of Operating System and version(for example, Windows XP SP3, Vista Home Premium SP1, etc…)

2.Type of Web Browser and version(for example, IE8, Firefox 10, etc)

3. Norton Safety Minder Version (you can determine this by clicking on the Norton Safety Minder icon in the System tray and selecting About Norton Safety Minder).
