The only site where i can present a complain

Really i dont know how to express this. Norton for me are a real security company a leader security company. Today i have a litle trouble. One of my childs download bir torrent and norton gives a alert who says exclude tht file by default my child exclude a open candy detection i dont understand the norton interface. The agent only wants to cut the call and he conect to my pc he only clean the reports and temp files he looks so erratic and he moves less than me in the interface of his own product. I think must be more kindly and i only say him  "hey guy can you remove every eclusion and every ecluded item" i dont know how he cuts me the chat and tell me everything are ok. that not guarantee me nothing

Can you please tell us how did you reach them? Was it via official Norton channels (phone or chat)?

Yes was a official chanel and sorry for the deelay in answer I call from mexico. The guy was called Roi or Rui he is spanish. First he says me cut the  call to free phone atention he dont want to hear my explication he only says. "Do you want this program" and I answer" If it is malicious please remove it if not are malicious please leave the program, i think the program are ok but the open candy are bad you can only delete the open candy" and he tolds me in aggressive mode "thats not are what i ask you i ask Do you want this program?" i upset and told "Is this program malicious, if you tell me yes  i dont want but is your work say me if it is!". When he "configures norton" i ask "is every thing ok?" he says me "yes" but he dot check the list of exclusions he dont show me where is it he dont told me nothing, he only deletes records and reports, i have to check exclusions manually by my side. I have erratick click hands and i am worried to disconfigure norton. I think i am a paid costumer and norton promises good tech support and dont give it. I dont think one whith that erratic clicks and that aggresive from to talk are the one who makes the promise "virus free" i really have a bad experience and i told here because really i want to quit norton. I was tentated to give to my cousin the licence. Norton is the only one antivirus who works along side whith my games and are low resurce consumntion no intrusive and very safe but if human resource d ont  are seriuos and good whith me i preffer catch free solution to broke my head and do the things by my side I give you a trust vote but I testify that guy not gives good support and norton image not be damanged by pepole like this guy . If i was he i say "hey bro that are a virus i suggest you remove or  the virus are here a have to remove that program or that program are know malware". if i handle the phone i say "hey ok we can continue this session by chat " and if  i configure thep roduct i spend 10 minutees to say "hey everything are ok"  i dont search info of virus while i attend people because i am expert, but as i say i not  this guy .

Hi Matt I only wants to tell you thanks. I dont speak english verywell because that and because the boggus chat in spanish i decide use thelephone and talk who one native speaker. The last experience in Support was be great, but the inquiry was in spanish Support here México: +52 55 4738 1613 the Support via chat was veriy patient whith me and they always help me. I really think is necesary improbe phone Support. Realyl i am happy whith your product it makes me feel safe online and dont give me incompatibilities. I will buy another year of suscription to add to my current and be a long term user i hope you can improve edge Support but that not the case. I have too many bad experiences.  And i dont want  to appear a conflictive guy Symantec are a trust Company by many reazons. I think is bad to talk about others aucent but i have too many complains whith other security softwares.

1. Free ones ask me money to desinfect my pc

2.- Some respectable companies ask me money to desinfect pc

3  Include Microsoft ask money to desinfect pc

4.- In other security products they reprimend me when i ask a fefund and tell me bad words

I be scamen by other security products who tells me call some pathers to offer me discounts and then i have a lot of spam. Some times i suspect infections and everybody tells me "if our scaner dont detect you dont need to wory" but we know no one scanner are 100% efective.

I love Norton because his engeniering and human resource. I have sensible information and need good security product and Norton worries for my pc and my $$$ they always you always help me i think one Company must be valuated by offer a great product and to offer great Support thanks to monitoring and improve your  Support. It makes me feel i am in hands who one who cares me. Really i have a good experience in general. I hope to express it in spanish to you because i like to say thanks in more apropiate way
