Opening Vault

Up until this morning, opening my online vault has been no problem.  I tried this morning and am unable to sign in.  A box opens up and requests a sign in but when I clicked on the sign in button nothing happened.  Is this problem possibly related to the Patch that was installed this morning when I ran Live Update?

So, if anyone knows what is going on, please share your information.  Thank you in advance for your assistance.

You do realize you must first be signed into your Norton Account, prior to being able to sign into your Vault.

In the past, after clicking on the Vault box in the Norton toolbar, a window would open requiring my password to open the vault.  Now that isn't happening.  After clicking on the Vault Is Closed box, another box opens saying, "Get Started" and has a sign in box to sign into my account.  Problem is when I click on the sign in box nothing happens.  It worked just fine until this morning after another Live Update had another PATCH applied.  

I just want if fixed since I use my vault often.  Fortunately, I do have all the secure info in the vault written down. It's just a tad more convenient when I can access my vault when I need to.

Thankfully, the problem with the Vault has been fixed.  I did need to contact Norton Support Chat, and the agent was super.  Had the problem fixed quickly much to my delight.  Always a good thing when something works out favorably.

Are you able to tell what the agent did? This information can help others having problems.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

Hi, Peter,

Actually, I had difficulty keeping up with the agent.  He went through things so quickly.  I did notice he deleted some files.  He checked my Norton setup to make sure all was good with that.  All in all, he quickly resolved the problem, and made sure my vault opened without any hiccups.  

I'm a pleased customer again.    I've used Norton Support before in the past and have always had a positive experience with the agents and the service they provide.
